Happy August! I can’t believe it’s already the 8th month of the year. I am currently up North for a Yoga Therapy Training and am deeply immersed in the practices and teachings of yoga. Although I have been at this practice for 20 years and opened the studio because I wanted to share these life-changing teachings, I am still fascinated by just how deep this practice goes and am always delighted by what I discover. Just Breathe

Happy June! Whether life is going well or life is challenging, just breathe. Sometimes when things are going well, I find myself holding my breath. As if I want to hold onto the good and not let it go. However, change is inevitable, so it’s best to just take it in and appreciate it while things are going well.
