Happy April! I hope your month is off to a great start. I am starting my month filled with a deep appreciation and gratitude for those who do what they do and do it well. I ended up at the ER last week and was admitted to the hospital for a couple of days with a severe infection or allergic reaction of some sort that took 48 hours to fully manifest in closing up my throat and therefore my ability to breathe. Practice

Happy August! I can’t believe it’s already the 8th month of the year. I am currently up North for a Yoga Therapy Training and am deeply immersed in the practices and teachings of yoga. Although I have been at this practice for 20 years and opened the studio because I wanted to share these life-changing teachings, I am still fascinated by just how deep this practice goes and am always delighted by what I discover.
