Sheé moved to Los Angeles from the Deep South in 2009, but she didn’t begin her yoga journey until 2014. After Yoga changed her life, through the connection to mind and body, she wanted to share that love with others.
While she always starts with an intention for the practice, Sheé is dedicated to keeping her classes lighthearted, fun, and SWEATY. She combines free weights with structured yoga sequencing, mixing in cardio and strength training moves.
