Mackenzie comes from a family of instructors and grew up hanging out in the back of the studio in her parents’ group fitness classes. To say she was born to teach is an understatement. With a gymnastics background, she began practicing Bikram yoga at age 8 as a weekend hobby. Later, she found her passion in Vinyasa flow style classes and became a RYT in 2014. If you like Rock N Roll and enjoy sweating, all while practicing safe alignment, then you will love her classes.
