Anne’s path to yoga came about by accident. As a lifelong athlete, Anne joined a class on a whim and was amazed at the combined physical exertion and mental quietness.
Since then a background with fashion industry professionals, journalists, and first responders has highlighted the tolls that daily stress and repetitive movements can have on the body and mind. Therefore Anne teaches with a focus on increasing strength, balance, and flexibility while reducing stress.
In addition to studio classes, workshops, and private clients, Anne has taught yoga to patients at the Danish Heart Association, residents at a rehabilitation facility, and members of the Workers’ Union North. Anne lives in Los Angeles, California, with her husband and two cats.
