Mark was first introduced to yoga in 2009 while attending the National Theater Institute where he and the rest of his ensemble were required to warm up their bodies with an early morning yoga class every day. This routine suited Mark perfectly and he soon developed such a love for yoga that upon moving to LA in October of 2010 the first thing he did was find a studio to practice at. Mark has since become a 500hr certified Yoga instructor. He completed a 200 hour Teacher Training with YogaBlend in March of 2011 and a 300hr Yoga Therapy training with Christy Marsden of YogaBlend in 2013. Now he strives to show people how much fun they can have while healing their bodies and bettering their lives with yoga.

Mark’s classes are fun, light hearted, and SWEATY. The focus is on alignment and teaching students how to navigate from pose to pose safely and effectively. If you have problem poses, this is the class to work through that problem.
