All classes are on-going.  No pre-registration is required.

 

At Yoga Blend, we feel all styles have something wonderful to offer.  You can expect to find a unique blend of Hatha Yoga styles inspired by Life, Love, Honesty, Kindness, Joy, Anusara, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Vini Yoga, Restorative and Therapeutic Yoga.  We love the diversity and hope you will too!

Level 1 - This class is for those that are new to yoga as well as those that are still building a foundation for their practice.  More challenging than Gentle but all levels are welcome.

 

Level 1-2 -These classes are suitable for those who are new to yoga as well as those that engage in a regular practice. Verbal and physical modifications will be offered to newer students as well as more intermediate students.   More challenging than a Level 1 but still accessible to all.

 

Level 2 - For those looking to take their practice to the next level with more intermediate postures.  Although not recommended for those who have never done yoga, it is still accessible to those relatively new to yoga. More challenging than a Level 1-2. 

 

Level 2-3 - This is a more challenging class, where intermediate and some advanced yoga postures will be practiced.  Not recommended for those who have never done yoga.

 

Power Hour - Powerful class to build strength, stamina and endurance.  Not recommended for those who have never done yoga, but if you are relatively new to yoga and looking for a challenge...come on in!

 

Pilates Mat- A core-focused lengthening and strengthening exercise form combining elements of yoga, dance and nautilus.  Easily modified to fit all fitness levels.

 

Gentle - For anyone wanting to increase strength and flexibility in a slower paced class. This class is appropriate for those that are new to yoga, those with limited mobility, those who are overweight, those recovering from an injury,  pre/post natal, or for those who are simply feeling run down.  All levels welcome.

 

Yoga Stretch - Deep stretching and breath work to increase flexibility and relax the body and mind.  All levels welcome.

 

Restorative - For anyone wanting to de-stress and renew their entire being, this soothing class is a great choice. Yoga props are used to allow for the deepest relaxation.  Our most gentle class.  Great for anyone and everyone!

 

Yoga & Meditation - A more contemplative, internal class exploring asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breath control), meditation and/or chanting.  All levels welcome.

 

Pre/Post Natal - A safe way to practice yoga through all stages of pregnancy and beyond.  All woman of all levels welcome.  Luna Flow and Gentle are also great options for Pre/Post Natal.

 

Baby & Me (ages 0-2) - A great way to practice yoga while bonding with your baby. Moms & Dads welcome.  All levels.

Luna Flow - Focus is on opening the heart and releasing tension in the hips; helps move you out of the left-brain “thinking mode” into a state of receptivity and creativity.  All levels.

 

Zen Meditation - Silent sitting practice for those who wish to cultivate a peaceful, clear mind.  No experience necessary.  All levels welcome.

 

Kids Ages 3-6—A way for kids to engage in mindful fun while building body awareness in a playful and nurturing environment.

 

Kids Ages 6-10 - A great way for kids to engage in regular exercise while building flexibility, confidence and compassion for themselves and others.
