Gentle-A softer class, great for any level, especially for those with physical limitations or injuries.
Gentle Backcare-Focus is on the back, hip flexors & hamstrings to gently stretch and strengthen the back.
Yoga Stretch-Deep stretching in a slow paced class with longer holds. .
Restorative-Focus is on relaxation. Yoga props are used to rest and renew. All levels.
Basics-Great for beginners and anyone wanting to get back to "basics".
Mixed Level-A variety of options are offered to accommodate many levels. Not recommended for beginners.
Intermediate-Students with an on-going practice that are ready for the next level. Not recommended for beginners.
Advanced-A challenging class for those with a strong Intermediate practice.
Up 'n Asana- Better than coffee! Energetic class for all levels. ONLY $5 Cash (unlimited series apply)
Luna Flow- Intention, breath and movement honoring the feminine energy centers & cycles. All Levels.
Power Hour-Power class to build strength, stamina and endurance.
