A strong flow-based class linking intention, breath & movement often set to music. Suitable for those relatively new to yoga. Modifications offered for most levels.

slow flow

A slower, softer version of our vinyasa flow class. Suitable for those new to yoga.

yoga sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is a combination of yoga, weight training and a cardio workout. Suitable for all levels but expect a workout.

yoga & sound

Yoga combined with the healing effects of gongs & singing bowls at the start & end of class. Suitable for all levels.

belly dance

Works core muscles through movement of hips, belly, chest & shoulders. Fun for all levels!

Better than coffee! Energetic class for all levels.

core yoga

Core strength awareness & alignment skills. All levels.

heated flow

A Vinyasa Flow class in a room heated 85-90 degrees. Not recommended for beginners. Bring a towel!

lunchtime flow

A mid day all levels class set to music, focused on linking breath and dynamic movement to invigorate you for the rest of your day.

mixed level

A more challenging class with options to modify. Not recommended for beginners.


Students with an on-going practice that are ready for the next level. Not recommended for beginners.

toddler & me

A class for parents/caregivers & little ones! Half of the class is for caregivers while kids play, & the other half is for the kids to learn about yoga in a fun & playful way. Recommended for crawling to age 3.

Kids yoga

Mindful fun for kids while building body awareness. Two classes available: ages 4-7 & ages 8-12.
