strength agility & core
basics

A beginner friendly class focused mostly on basic postures & breath work with an intention to increase strength and body awareness. Suitable for those newer to yoga.

flow

A vinyasa based flow class linking intention, breath & movement often set to music. Suitable for those relatively new to yoga. Modifications offered for most levels.

slow flow

Stretch and strengthen in this slower paced version of our flow class.  Suitable for all levels.

yoga & sound

Yoga combined with the healing effects of gongs, singing bowls and/or other sound tools at the start and end of class. Suitable for all levels.

yoga & meditation

Move, breathe & explore meditation tools to increase focus, sharpen senses and relax the mind. All levels welcome.

chakra yoga

A Chakra (energetic anatomy) focused class incorporating yoga poses, mantra, sound, mudra, meditation, breath work & more. All levels welcome.

belly dance

Works core muscles through movement of hips, belly, chest & shoulders. Fun for all levels!

$5 flow

Better than coffee! Energetic class for most levels.

heated flow

A vinyasa flow class in a room heated 85-90 degrees. Not recommended for those new to yoga. Bring a towel!

Xpress Heated Flow

A short, fast paced, high intensity flow class that will get you moving, sweating & energized for the rest of your day. Not recommended for those new to yoga.

align & refine

A playful, alignment based class with creative explorations to refine your practice. Challenging and not recommended for those new to yoga but accessible to those with some yoga experience.

mixed flow

A mixed level alignment based class with more challenging options & explorations incorporating elements of flow.  Not recommended for those new to yoga.

yoga sculpt

Any combo of yoga, weight training and a cardio workout with jamming tunes. Suitable for most but expect a workout.

relaxation & healing

gentle

A softer, slower paced class great for any level, especially for those with physical limitations or injuries.

back care

Focus in on the back, hip flexors, and hamstrings to gently stretch & strengthen the back.  Suitable for all.

belly & back

A class focused on abdominal and postural health. Expect a slower paced class which aims to rebuild and restore strength. All levels welcome. Suitable for post natal & those recovering from injury.

stretch

Focus is on stretching in a slower paced class with longer holds. All levels welcome.

yin

Mindful, deep stretching with poses held 2 minutes or more for increased joint mobility. All levels welcome.

restorative yoga

Focus is on relaxing and restoring with long holds. Yoga props are used to rest and renew. All levels welcome.

yoga ball therapy

Guided self massage with therapy balls for total body relaxation. All levels welcome.

roll & release

Fascia focused rolling with therapy balls and a stretch practice to reset your nervous system.  All levels welcome.

chakra yoga

A chakra (or energetic anatomy) focused class incorporating yoga poses, mantra, sound, mudra, meditation, breath work & more. All levels welcome.

moon flow

Intention, breath and movement honoring the current lunar cycle and feminine energy centers.

Softer classes at a slower pace, with gentle movement & breath work suitable for pregnancy.

restorative

Focus is on relaxation. Yoga props are used to rest & renew, support deep release, & complete relaxation.

Relax and focus your intentions as you link breath and meditation.
