strength agility & core

basics

A beginner friendly class focused mostly on basic postures & breath work with an intention to increase strength and body awareness. Suitable for those newer to yoga.

flow

A vinyasa based flow class linking intention, breath & movement often set to music. Suitable for those relatively new to yoga but some knowledge of poses is necessary. Modifications offered for most levels.

slow flow

Stretch and strengthen in this slower paced version of our flow class.  Suitable for all levels.

yoga & meditation

Move, breathe & explore meditation tools to increase focus, sharpen senses and relax the mind. All levels welcome.

chakra yoga

A Chakra (energetic anatomy) focused class incorporating yoga poses, mantra, sound, mudra, meditation, breath work & more. All levels welcome.

align & refine

An alignment based class with creative explorations to refine your practice. This class can be challenging and is not recommended for those new to yoga.

mobility yoga

A combination of functional movements and yoga sequencing to build strength, stability and flexibility which will support a sustainable movement practice.

mixed flow

A mixed level alignment based class with more challenging options & explorations incorporating elements of flow.  Not recommended for those new to yoga.

yoga sculpt

Any combo of yoga, weight training and a cardio workout with jamming tunes. Suitable for most but expect a workout.

relaxation & healing

gentle

A softer, slower paced class great for any level, especially for those with physical limitations or injuries.

stretch

Focus is on stretching in a slower paced class with longer holds. All levels welcome.

yoga nidra

Gentle movement followed by conscious breathing as the body settles into relaxation while guided effortlessly through the energetic systems. Expect to feel deeply rested, renewed and restored. The ultimate “yoga nap” experience.

restorative yoga

Focus is on relaxing and restoring with long holds. Yoga props are used to rest and renew. All levels welcome.

yin & restorative

Slow, mindful stretching to prepare the body for the longer held Yin and Restorative poses. All levels welcome.

rise & roll

Using therapy balls learn self-massage techniques to release high tension areas in the body.

chakra yoga
