strength agility & core
basics

A beginner friendly class focused mostly on basic postures & breath work. Suitable for those newer to yoga.

flow

A vinyasa based flow class linking intention, breath & movement often set to music. Suitable for those relatively new to yoga. Modifications offered for most levels.

slow flow
Stretch and strengthen in this slower paced version of our flow class.  Suitable for all levels.
yoga & sound

Yoga combined with the healing effects of gongs & singing bowls at the start & end of class. Suitable for all levels.

belly dance

Works core muscles through movement of hips, belly, chest & shoulders. Fun for all levels!

$5 flow

Better than coffee! Energetic class for most levels.

heated flow

A vinyasa based flow class in a room heated 85-90 degrees. Not recommended for beginners. Bring a towel!

Xpress Heated Flow

A short, fast paced, high intensity flow class that will get you moving, sweating & energized for the rest of your day.

yoga sculpt

Any combo of yoga, weight training and a cardio workout with jamming tunes. Suitable for all but expect a workout.

mixed flow

A mixed level alignment based class with more challenging options & explorations incorporating elements of flow.  Not recommended for those new to yoga.

intermediate

Students with an on-going practice that are ready for the next level. Not recommended for those new to yoga.

relaxation & healing
gentle

A softer, slower paced class great for any level, especially for those with physical limitations or injuries.

back care

Focus in on the back, hip flexors, and hamstrings to gently stretch & strengthen the back.  Suitable for all.

stretch

Focus is on stretching in a slow paced class with longer holds.

yin

Mindful, deep stretching with poses held 2 to 5 minutes for increased joint mobility.

guided meditation

Relax & send your spirit on a healing journey with guided visualization.

restorative yoga

Focus is on relaxation. Yoga props are used to rest and renew.

yoga ball therapy

Guided self massage with therapy balls for total body relaxation.

pregnancy & family
pre/post-natal yoga

Intention, breath and movement honoring the current lunar cycle and feminine energy centers.
