I hope you are having a great December so far and are able to experience the magic of the Holiday season, however you celebrate! As we approach the darkest time of the year, it is a perfect time to go inward and spend time in reflection as we prepare to receive the light once again and make way for a new cycle to begin in the new year.
With me being across the country more often as Yoga Blend approaches its 10th year and as studios continue to open up all around us, I have spent a lot of time reflecting on the studio, the classes we offer and how to best serve our community as we keep Yoga Blend a vibrant place for people to continue to expand their practice and their lives. With that being said, we have made a lot of changes to our schedule in order to streamline our offerings while creating more consistency. We are also shortening many of our classes because unfortunately, no one seems to have the time or luxury for hour and a half classes anymore. We are doing our best to adapt to you and your busy lives while also creating abundance for the studio and our teachers. Although, we cannot please everyone and inevitably, there may be classes that you love that have gone away, we are doing the best we can to make the studio sustainable for another 10 years. Please know that I do not take any of the changes lightly and that much thought and consideration was put into each decision. Myself and all the staff of Yoga Blend very much appreciate your understanding and support.
I am excited about the new year and all that we have coming up and I look forward to the continued growth of our amazing community. One of my favorite times of year is fast approaching which is our Annual 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training starting in Mid January that I am honored to co-teach alongside Bekah Turner and Nicole Honnig. Please be sure and check out all the other workshops and events we have coming up and especially look over the changes to our schedule carefully as it all goes into effect January 1st. You can also check online before coming to class to make sure you have the times, classes and teachers correct before making a trip to the studio.
Thank you for your continued support in making Yoga Blend the wonderful community that it is.
I hope you have a beautiful Holiday season and I look forward to seeing you in the New Year!
With infinite love and gratitude…
