  1. *Gentle Backcare - Focus is on the back, hip flexors & hamstrings to gently stretch and strengthen the back.

  2. *Yoga Stretch - Deep stretching in a slow paced class with longer holds.

  3. *Restorative - Focus is on relaxation. Yoga props are used to rest and renew.  All levels.

  4. *Restorative Plus - Blend of Restorative & Gentle yoga to support deep release and complete relaxation.

  5. *Basics - A beginning class to introduce basic postures & breath work. Perfect for anyone new to yoga.

  6. *Yoga & Sound - Yoga combined with the healing effects of gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks & chanting.

  7. *Gentle Yoga & Sound - Gentle & Restorative Yoga with the healing effects of gongs, singing bowls & more.

  8. *Yoga & Meditation - Connects breath and movement with meditation.

  9. *Meditation for Modern Life - Various meditative tools are used to help you relax and become more present.

  10. *Guided Meditation - Relax and send your spirit on a healing journey with guided visualization.

  11. *Vinyasa Basics  - A basic flow-based class linking intention, breath and movement set to music.  

  12. *Yoga Ball Therapy - Guided self massage with therapy balls for total body relaxation.

  $5 Flow - Better than coffee!  Energetic class for all levels.

  Basics Plus - A basics class with more challenging options for those who want to go further.

  Vinyasa All - A heat generating, flow based class linking intention, breath and movement set to music. _Modifications are offered to accommodate all levels.

  Mixed Level - A more challenging class with options to modify. Not recommended for beginners.

  Intermediate - Students with an on-going practice that are ready for the next level.  Not for beginners.

  Advanced - A challenging class for those with a strong Intermediate practice.

  Chandra Flow - Intention, breath & movement honoring the lunar cycle & feminine energy centers. All levels.

  Heated Flow - Practice in an intense class w/minimal instruction in a room heated to 90 degrees. Not for _beginners. Bring a towel!
  Power Hour - Power class to build strength, stamina and endurance. Not recommended for beginners.
  Core Yoga - Core strength awareness and alignment skills. All levels.

  Pilates Mat - Core-focused lengthening & strengthening class. All levels. 

  Belly Dance - Works core muscles through movement of hips, belly, chest and shoulders. Fun for all levels!

  Pre/Post Natal - For all stages of pregnancy and beyond.

  Toddler & Me (Walking to 3 years) - A class for caregivers & little ones! Half of the class is for caregivers _while kids play, and the other half is for the kids to learn about yoga in a fun & playful way.

  Baby & Me (6 weeks to crawling) - A class for parents/caregivers and babies to bond over yoga.

  Kids (4 to 7; 8 to 12) - Mindful fun for kids while building body awareness.

All classes are on-going.  No pre-registration is required.

At Yoga Blend, we feel all styles and practices have something wonderful to offer.  You can expect to find a unique blend of Hatha Yoga styles inspired by Life, Love, Truth, Kindness, Joy, Krishnamacharya, Anusara, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Vini Yoga, Restorative and Therapeutic Yoga.
