Heated Flow - Practice in an intense class w/minimal instruction in a room heated to 90 degrees. Not for _beginners. Bring a towel!

Toddler & Me (Walking to 3 years) - A class for caregivers & little ones! Half of the class is for caregivers _while kids play, and the other half is for the kids to learn about yoga in a fun & playful way.
Baby & Me (6 weeks to crawling) - A class for parents/caregivers and babies to bond over yoga.
Kids (4 to 7; 8 to 12) - Mindful fun for kids while building body awareness.
